• The product name and SKU/model number
• The URL or advertisement showing the competitor's price
• Your contact details
• Whether you intend to purchase in-store or online
• Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

For a price match request to be considered, the following conditions must be met:

Qualifying Criteria:

• The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, colour, and specifications)
• The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer with a physical presence or established online store in Australia
• The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase
• The competitor's price must include all applicable GST and duties
• The competitor must offer a valid Australian warranty on the product
• The price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of your request

Exclusions:

• Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
• Demonstration, display, or seconds/blemished products
• Membership-only or loyalty program pricing
• Bundle offers, package deals, or promotional discounts
• Competitor errors in pricing or advertising
• Auction sites, marketplace sellers, or grey market imports
• International retailers or websites
• Prices that are below our cost price

Please note: This is not a price match guarantee. Whilst we make every effort to accommodate price match requests where possible, we may not be able to match every request. Our decision on price match requests is made on a case-by-case basis and is at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Verify the competitor's price and availability before approving a match
• Limit the number of price matches per customer
• Decline requests where the price difference is due to a typographical error
• Adjust our price matching policy at any time without prior notice

If you have purchased an item from PedalPassion and the same item is subsequently discounted on our website within 7 days of your purchase, please contact us. We may be able to offer a price adjustment in the form of a store credit, subject to our discretion.

Price-matched items cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
