Afterpay
Afterpay allows you to purchase now and pay in four interest-free instalments:
How It Works:
- Select Afterpay at checkout
- Log in or create an Afterpay account
- Pay your first instalment at checkout
- Remaining instalments are charged every two weeks
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must provide a valid payment method (debit or credit card)
- Must have a verifiable identification
Fees:
- PedalPassion does not charge fees for using Afterpay
- Afterpay may charge late fees for missed payments

Afterpay Limits:
- Minimum order: $50

Zip
Zip allows you to purchase now and pay later with flexible repayment options:
How It Works:
- Select Zip at checkout
- Log in or create a Zip account
- Pay a portion upfront (amount varies)
- Remaining balance is paid in weekly or fortnightly instalments
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must provide a valid payment method
- Must have a verifiable identification
Fees:
- PedalPassion does not charge fees for using Zip
- Zip may charge account fees or interest

Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable
- International customers may see prices excluding GST at checkout
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Currency Conversion
For international customers:
- Transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Your bank or card issuer may convert the amount to your local currency
- Exchange rates and any fees are determined by your bank or card issuer
- We have no control over these rates or fees
Order Total
The total amount charged to your payment method will include:
- The price of all products in your order
- Shipping fees (if applicable)
- Any applicable taxes or duties
Note for International Orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged upon delivery
- These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order total
When you place an order:
- We perform an authorisation hold on your payment method
- This hold reserves the funds but does not charge your account
- Your account is charged when your order is dispatched
- If your order is cancelled, the hold is released
Authorisation Holds:
- May appear as "pending" or "authorised" on your account
- Typically last 3-7 business days (varies by bank)
- If an order is cancelled, the hold should release automatically

Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method
- Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Buy Now, Pay Later Refunds:
- For Afterpay or Zip orders, refunds are processed through the respective service
- Any payments already made will be refunded to your linked account
- Future payments will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly
If your payment fails:
- Check that your payment details are correct
- Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit available
- Contact your bank if the issue persists
- Try an alternative payment method
Common Reasons for Failed Payments:
- Insufficient funds or credit limit
- Incorrect card details or billing address
- Card blocked for online/international transactions
- Bank security requirements not met
- Temporary bank system issues
PedalPassion Gift Cards
Purchasing:
- Gift cards can be purchased in-store and online
- Available in various denominations
- Digital gift cards are delivered by email
Using:
- Gift cards can be used for online and in-store purchases
- Enter the gift card code at checkout (online) or present to staff (in-store)
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
Terms:
- Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
- Unused balances remain on the card for future purchases
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase
We may offer layby services for in-store purchases:
Terms:
- Minimum layby value applies
- A deposit is required to commence the layby
- Regular payments must be made
- Layby periods vary depending on the purchase value
Cancellation:
- If you cancel your layby, a cancellation fee may apply
- The deposit may be non-refundable

In the event of a pricing error on our website:
- We are not obligated to honour an incorrect price
- We will notify you of the error and offer to proceed at the correct price
- You may accept the corrected price or cancel your order
- If you have already paid, we will refund the incorrect charge

- Check if other household members may have made the purchase
